The Challenge
mysitebot.ai is a SaaS product that lets businesses add an AI assistant to their website to answer visitor questions automatically and capture leads without hiring extra support staff. The challenge:
- Explain the AI chatbot product clearly so small business owners understand the value immediately
- Build the full SaaS experience: landing pages, product pages, pricing, onboarding flow, and dashboard UI
- Design for two audiences: business owners researching the tool and users managing their chatbot inside the dashboard
- Support user signups with a clear pricing structure and trial offering
- Position mysitebot.ai as a ready-to-use AI tool, not a complex developer product
